8/8 cloud cover as fog was present. Rained for an hour before the start of the launch. Began to clear a bit. Light rain began during descent. The sonde died halfway down the descent. Temperature and dewpoint are both more isothermal than is normal for noon.

Rain was occurring during the launch. Cloud cover was 8/8, though beginning to clear. Inversion to 30m then isothermal. Dewpoint had no inversion and was just isothermal. A nocturnal inversion is present in the temperatures. Dewpoint is isothermal.

Brief period of rain occurred in between this launch and the last. Dense fog covered the area for several hours but has now begun to lift. Fog thickened toward the end of the launch. Wind was 0 kts. Isothermal temperatures to 20m before a small inversion and then more cooling with height. Dewpoint was isothermal.

Twenty minutes before launching heavy rain occurred and lasted thirty minutes. The surface layer had visible steam prior to launch. The sky remained overcast before and after launching.
